help with formula

i need to create a formula that will look into two collumns on a row, find a specific text and give me the date that follows it.

somewhere on that row are the characters DOL visit and a date.. i want that date. i am then going to copy it through each row there for giving me a collumn of just those dates.

struggling with this formula.
