• In the R3 cell i wish to make a formula that matches whatever row the number in S3 came form. For example, the value in S3 comes from the row that says Carlton Lucas. I wish for R3 to read Carlton Lucas

@HelpMeExcelinPlease Made some changes in the first part of columns Q:S. See if that does what you need. You used a mix of MAXIF, LARGE and VLOOKUP. The attached file uses INDEX/MATCH and LARGE.
