I am trying to fill

but when I do the fill it comes out as 1,1, 2,2, 3,3,3 This is just an example.

It is randomly either only putting in number once or putting number in 3x's

Please help!

Perhaps

=INT( ( SEQUENCE(20)+1) / 2 )

will be enough
