Hi everyone.
I've been stuck trying to find a formula.
I need to pull information from a particular column, which has a dropdown list, into another tab's specific columns (2) Meaning, the two items from the dropdown list should be separated into 2 different columns in the other tab.
And at the same time match a person's name to the information on the previously mentioned dropdown list and given work evaluation to that person (of course found on a different column)
It looks something like this:
