@saltwood Taking a wild guess here, but you are probably using a template of some kind where a cell (or a group of cells) contains a text "Place your company log here". The picture below demonstrates this. I placed something in cell D1 on top of a text. Select D1 and just delete the text. Alternatively, the text might sit in an object (i.e. a shape, a picture etc) and you are pasting the logo on top of it.
