Help with Data Validation List - Including Other Columns

In the sheet at this link: https://novusarchitects-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/p/joshua_allison/ERjuMInUOGJMufBaOZJf0UkBINXXHaV57a82e... 

I would like to have columns B, C, and D on Tab Staff List selected for Columns B, C, and D on Staff Sheet when staff member from staff list is selected. 

So if Ashley is selected on Staff Sheet, then information in columns B, C, and D, from Staff List follows that name to Staff Sheet Columns B, C, and D. 

I cannot get the formula to work. I am assuming it's using IFNA function, but am struggling after that.

You can try INDEX / MATCH or VLOOKUP. If you work with Office365 or 2021 XLOOKUP or FILTER could be alternatives.
