Help with creating a formula

Hi all! I am trying to make a spreadsheet that shows an annual contract amount we are supposed to get paid. I'd like to be able to enter payments each month made by the customer and see the "remaining contract" amount go down in correspondence with this. They pay a different amount every month so it gets confusing. I can't figure out how to set this up. Thanks!

Here is a small example in the quick, as sales forecast might see, in the simplified way.

Most belief is self explanatory when dealing with sales.
