The answer to your global question is a definitive "Yes!" There are many of us who could help with VLOOKUP.
That said, is it possible for you to simply post the situation and what it is that you want VLOOKUP (or one of its younger siblings) to do? Ideally with a copy of your spreadsheet or a mockup if the original contains confidential data. Not an image please; an actual spreadsheet.

In support to @mathetes . I don't think your purpose is to learn VLOOKUP(), for that a lot of resources on the web. Most probably you'd like to solve some concrete task and decided that VLOOKUP() could do that. Maybe you are right, but practically every task in Excel could be done by few several ways. Perhaps there are other solutions. Thus better to start from the task illustrating it by your variant of possible solution, even if it doesn't work for some reason.
