Hello!
I kindly ask your help to create formulas for an evaluation board. I have an evaluation of criterias, which have different weight percentage. How to calculate the final score of evaluations, according to these percentage weights?
Big thanks in advance!
Person A | Person B | Person C
CRITERIAS for group 1 | Percentage system | Evaluation | Evaluation | Evaluation | Evaluation legend
Criterias weight | 75% | x | x | x | 1 | poor
Criteria A | 30% | 4 | 2 | 1 | 2 | neutral
Criteria B | 20% | 4 | 2 | 1 | 3 | good
Criteria C | 25% | 4 | 2 | 1 | 4 | excellent
Criterias for group 2 | ||||||||
Criterias weight | 25% | x | x | x
Criteria A | 8% | |||||||
Criteria B | 8% | |||||||
Criteria C | 9% | |||||||
TOTAL | 100% |

Why do the weights for A, B and C in group 1 add up to 100% while the total weight for group 1 is 75%, and the weights for A, B and C in group 2 add up to 25% which is also the total weight for group 2?

Thanks for bringing this out! I have corrected the table. The criterias weight adds up from the criterias A, B and C, so the 75% comes from the criterias below and same logic for the 25%.
