Help instruction Datedif incorrect

Copper Contributor

Do not know eho to contact regarding this so I will try posting it here. I recently noticed that the help section on the DATEDIF-function is incorrect. This is the description:

=DATEDIF(startdate, enddate,"m") - for calculation of months between two set dates. This function does not work, the correct function is:

=DATEDIF(startdate;enddate;"m")

With this function, the correct result is given. Just a heads-up for Microsoft, you might want to change the instruction, I am from sweden so I do not know if this applies to all languages.

Kind Regards

The arguments of a function must be separated by the system's list separator character.

The documentation has been written for English-speaking countries; they use point as decimal separator and comma as list separator.

Most continental European countries, including Sweden, use comma as decimal separator and semicolon as list separator.

Apparently the Swedish version of the documentation has not been adapted correctly.
