Help in formula

I have a sheet where in E1 data is "1 - Volunteer" and in F1 the user has to choose Yes or No.
So I need a formula When the E1=1 - Volunteer and F1=Yes the outcome should give 0,5 points, false is 0 points

Have tried different IF's AND's and whatever, but cannot get it right :(
