Help Function in Excel

Good Evening folks,


My inability in most all things tech is laughable, which I am sure you will do, when you read my dilimna.  Feel free.


I am unable to utilize my "Help" feature, in my Excel, as I receive the error message: "This Command is not available.  Your Organization's Administrator turned off the service required to use this feature".


Very basic fixes for everone else out here.....except me, lol.  If you would please walk me through the steps as to how I might go about fixing this issue, I would gratefully appreciate it.  I've tried on my end, what my common sense would dictate, and have gone to my Admin Settings on my computer profile,

@CV_Scout_in_the_Sky I believe you have to Enable connected experiences under Privacy settings, in the General tab, although I can’t test that at the moment
