HELP EXCEL FILTER ROWS

Hello,

Im trying to build an excel a sheet that auto hides rows based on a drop down selection

how do I hide rows automatically based on the drop down menu?

For instance - 

Hires

Row 1-10 viewable and it hides 11-20

Terminations

Row 11-20 viewable and hides row 1-10?
