help creating formatted price quotation sheet

hello. hopefully yall can help me out! i use excel to createb construction bids under the " price quotation without tax" form. i need to create a format so i dont constantly have to fill in all of the top information everytime .. just be able to fill in the changing information for each individual client

Could you please share the file or a screen of your table with your current work? You can put fake data on that, just to make sure that we know which tasks exactly you need to automate.
