Hello, i would like to add a conditional formula.

i want to sum all the hours spent on each month and per person (x or y).

@Ochia1270See attached. You can use SUMIFS. Though I'm not convinced that this is the best way to capture the data. If you could collect all hours spent in one table with 4 columns, you can summarise it with a simple pivot table. Also demonstrated in the file.
