Headers

I am trying to designate a row in a table as the header so it won't be sorted with the data.  I am new to Excel in Office365.  Can anyone guide me through this?  Online directions don't match this new Excel format.

If you could send a worksheet (without sensitive data), it would be an advantage ... for you and for all who would like to help solve your problem. Because we do not know which constant you want to use ... example is the data in a table / pivot? are all lines auto-filtered? etc ... however a sheet would be an advantage
