Having trouble enabling my macros

Hello friends,

I need some assistance with my excel worksheet. I have enabled my macros but it still is saying I have block content and can't edit my excel worksheet. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

First of all (Macro does NOT work on Excel Online spreadsheets)

Regarding Excel desktop, that can be your situation: 

I would suggest you before you open any of your excel file, you set up your macro setting under 

File > Options >Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings

After you set up your excel, you can open the file that contains the macro.
