Can anyone guide how can I change it to something like the following example (without manual work)?

@nichanall Consider using PowerQuery to unpivot the data. If you have used PQ before, you'll know how to do that. If you haven't, learn some basics first from the attached link. In there, chapter 13 clearly explains the process of unpivoting data.
