gradient bars color change within a cell

I inherited a worksheet and have been asked to change the color of a gradient bar WITHIN a cell.  It is very hard to explain as I have never seen this before.  I am attaching a screenshot of here it.  There are actually two places that I need to change the color.  How do I access this??
