That's implicit intersection operator https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/implicit-intersection-operator-ce3be07b-0101-4450-a24e-c1... which is added for compatibility of Excel versions with and without dynamic arrays, more about that in the post above. In general it could be removed, but perhaps your issue is that GETCTDATA() is not available for Office 365 version. I guess that's SAP-specific function added with some add-in which is not installed for newer version.
