Hello,
From this page, there are 3 APIs to get formulas of a cell: `formulas`, `formulasLocal` and `formulasR1C1`.
I just realized that, unlike `formulasLocal`, `formulasR1C1` returns a formula in English and English's number-formatting. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a formula in R1C1-style notation, in the user's language and number-formatting locale?
