General number format gives wrong values

Hi everyone 

I recently suscribed to excel 365 but I've observed that the default general format does not give  correct values. Example if you enter 222, excel returns value as 2.22. If you enter 10000, it will give you 10. In addition to that Microsoft store is also disabled. I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube to correct this but still not working. Please if anyone has encountered this bug before kindly assist me to change this settings. Thank you

Hi! Thank you for the message. I just followed the steps you gave me but you didn't talk about how to enable office store because it seems to have been disabled. Thank you
