Fuzzy matching availability in Office 2019

Is fuzzy matching join option available in office 2019 or is this only available in office 365 users in power query.

Fuzzy Matching in currently available in Excel for Microsoft 365 pre-installed

However, you can download the Fuzzy matching Ad-in which works with Version 2019 and later versions.
