From rows to columns

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I have a PDF database of contacts. When I copy and paste it in Excel, it all comes in one long column.

However this includes in the actual database 5 columns : NAME FIRSTNAME MEDIANAME TYPE MAIL.

I use the function Transpose but this is very long.

Would you have a solution to rotate the cells per blocks of five cells to get my actual database into Excel?

Please advise.

Alexandre

Hi @Azra_boost

Instead of copy and pasting the data into Excel you can use the Excel New PDF connector to connect you DATA and grab the information.

Below Blog link might be helpful for you

Note that this is available only for (Office-365) users only.
