Good morning, 

Is there a way of copying a formula from another sheet?

For example, I am creating a weekly sheet but i do not want to have to put the date on each one manually.  the first sheet will be 01/03/2022...i would like to take that date, add 7 days and have the new date show on the second sheet.

I know how to do it in the same sheet but havent figured out how to carry it over from sheet to sheet

Click in the cell on the second sheet where you want the formula.

Type =

Activate the first sheet.

Click on the cell with the date.

Type  +7   after the cell reference.

Press Tab or Enter.
