I have a percent of commission margin and need the formula to look up a value in a chart.

Example: H28 =19.7% so lookup on my chart that 19.7 = 3% commission or 4% or whatever it falls into.

I have a sample file I'm working on but do not see attachment key.

I have tried a formula with Sheet2!A1:A5 then you would enter B1:b5, but no good.  Also tried a vlookup but just not getting it right.  Please let me know if you can assist.
