I need a formula where if K2O is > than Mn it must select the quality adjustment for K2O and not Mn.

As you will see there are a number of adjustments that can change as the amounts for K2O and Mn changes.

Thanks

 Product quality   Typical lump (%)
 Fe  64.00
 SiO2  5.21
 Mn  0.32
 K2O  0.42
 Al2O3  1.46
 Platts index Fe  62

Plus Quality adjustment for Mn  $/dmt 0.00
 (base up to 0.3%)

Plus Quality adjustment for Mn  $/dmt 1.10
 (base 0.3% up to 0.7%)

Plus Quality adjustment for Mn  $/dmt 0.00
 (base 0.7% up to 1%)

Plus Quality adjustment for Mn  $/dmt 0.00
 (base 1% up to 1.4%)

Plus Quality adjustment for K2O  0.00
 (base 0.2% up to 0.3%)

Plus Quality adjustment for K2O  0.00
 (base 0.3% up to 0.4%)

Plus Quality adjustment for K2O  1.50
 (base 0.4% up to 0.5%)

Although I couldn't understand where (cells) and which the values should be,

I still send you this simple formula which you might find useful as a starting point.

=IF(C5>C4,C4*B11,C4*B11)

Example in the attached file

Hope I was able to help you with this info.

Not really. The formula should work as follows:
If K2O>Mn then in this case K2O - 0.42 and Mn - 0.32. It must then use the 1.5.

But is must look at all the quality adjustments and then pick up the applicable one

Unfortunately, the translation does not help to better understand your requirements.

Enclosed the file, as I could understand it.

If this is not the case, please explain step by step on the basis of this file.

With cells description of which cell must be related to the wercher relation in order to have the desired result.

Thank you for your understanding and patience
