what is the formula for percentage using 4 different numbers - i'm trying to show a decline in numbers over 3.5 years.

example

2018 21,000 

2019 18,000

2020 12,000

2021 11,000

Not sure if you mean % per year or % since the first observation so I have included both:

thank you, I do have another question same set up but what if the numbers each year are high and low how would you set that up?
