Good morning,

I wonder if someone can help me create a formula for this:

I need to copy a cell to another cell only if these criteria are met

1. "yes"

2. "<3"

3. ">0"

You don't say what cells contain those elements to be tested, so I made some guesses.

Note the formula in cell C3. It refers to A3 and B3......to print in C3 the value in A3 if all the conditions are met, otherwise to say "Conditions not met"
