Hello All!

 

I  have a time off tracker created in excel where I am trying to get a formula going to capture the follwing in once cell:

  • if employee has less 2 years will receive 40 hours
  • if employee has 2-5 years will receive 80 hours
  • if employee has more than 5 years will receive 120 h

Let's say the number of years is in F2. In another cell in row 2, enter the formula

 

=40*(1+(F2>=2)+(F2>=5))

 

This can be filled down.
