Hello - Do you know of a formula that would allow referencing two tabs and produce what is different between the two tabs? Almost a reverse on removing duplicates? Thank you in advance.

It very depends on how data is organized, do tabs have same structure or they are fully different, etc. As @NikolinoDE suggested it's better to illustrate with sample file.
