FORMULA TO NOTIFY OF STOCK CHANGE

I upload a stock list from supplier every day, each one is added to a new sheet tab. I want to notified of when the stock values change, so need a formula to notify me if the value of cell in column G changes. As scrolling through 50,000 entries is extremely time consuming.

Hope this makes sense.

@modeluniverse Use VLOOKUP (or XLOOKUP if your Excel version supports it). See attached. TRUE means there was a change.
