formula that will give me % of part value

Can anyone help me, I am trying to find a formula in excel that will give me % of part value.

ie 1000 is what % of 3000 = 33.33%

Ideally referencing the cells with value A3 = A1 is what % of A2

=A1/A2

Set the number format of A3 to Percentage with 2 decimal places.
