Formula not working

Can someone please help me with a basic formula. I have 5 product codes each with a $ value, and I have 200 rows of information, each time I enter a product code in 1 cell then I would like the value shown in the next cell without having to do a manual calculation each time. Is this possible and what would the formula be please. Thank you for any assistance you can offer in this regard.

Thanks for the reply, very strange but only half the dropdown references work, some come up with a blank rate and some come up with a number that is not on the rate sheet?

I only prefabricated BEDROOM 1 (column F is the formula),

he takes the cost code from the sheet "Rates".
I left the rest to you :)).

If something is wrong, please inform.

As far as I can see it works for me without any problems.
