I have been out of the work force for a little while, but I know for a FACT that there is a formula to make my life easier. (More like a few). I am trying to compare column AJ with AK and to highlight when the answers do not match. This is the formula that I stole from the handy cheat sheet. For some reason it is highlighting the 2 yes answers in the columns randomly. I want the yes and no answers as indicated in red obscure shape to be highlighted. Thank you in advance.
