Please share a screenshot that shows the row numbers and column letters. Even better, share a sample workbook through OneDrive, Google Drive or similar.

Thanks for sending the sample workbook. In E18:

=INDEX($H$5:$K$7,MATCH(C18,$G$5:$G$7),MATCH(B18,$H$4:$K$4,0))*D18

Revenue will be calculated automatically with the formula you already have.
