Formula Help

Hi Guys, 

Looking for some urgent help on a worksheet I've been working on. 

How do I formulate a continuous daily subtraction, e.g every day from today I want the number to be reduced by 2.

I want to incorporate a value as opposed to a date.
For example today is 36 and tomorrow I would like the value to show 34 and so on

Because we need to stabblish a starting point.
