Formula Help

Hi,  I have a spead sheet that looks like the following columns. 

In-Stock  Counted Difference

224            370         146

-50              0             -50

-15              7              -22      (this number should be -8 but it's adding the 7.  What formula do I use for this entire column to get the difference between the two numbers.  The numbers may be a negative or a positive number. Thank you for your help.

I don't understand the results. 146 is Counted minus In-Stock, but -50 and -22 are In-Stock minus Counted.

What exactly do you want to calculate?
