First of all, without knowing what the other columns are, it would be hard to give a specific answer.
Second, though, what you've posted has the ring of a class assignment. If that's the case, it really would be best if you talked with a fellow classmate or, even better, your instructor. Or do some research with a basic Excel text...if it's a class, you should be working to figure it out on your own.
If that's not the case, if it's not a class assignment, then come back with a bit more information on what the rest of the spreadsheet looks like, the one in which you're being asked to perform those tasks.
