HI,
I need a formula for the following. I have two sheets, one with a list of training courses in column a and in row 1 several job titles, i have then written YES in each corresponding cell where that training course is required for that role (training matrix). My second sheet has the same list of courses in column A but across row 1 i have all the names of the staff, underneath in row 2 is their job title. what i would like to do is for the sheet to look up the job title under the person's name and populate
