Formula Driving me crazy

I entered a formula in one cell (a count if)  and it worked fine.

I copied it to another cell and changed one letter, and it won't work.  All it does is show the formula, not the result.  I tried entering from scratch and get the same result.  It must be something simple.

Nope. I got it to work by retyping both formulas again and not using copy or formula wizard. Weird.
