Formatting Issues

Hello!

I have been having an issue that has to do with the formatting of my excel sheet. I am attempting to reformat report forms for my company that can be used by anyone in the company and whenever anyone else opens the file it has slightly different formatting.

Everyone is using the most up to date excel and it is also saved as an xlsx. The margins stay the same but what will happen is the row and column width change slightly so the pages slightly bleed together if that makes sense.

I have looked here and on a bunch of other forums and most of the solutions say to resave it in case something is corrupted or make sure it is an xlsx file, which I have already tried.

Thanks in advance!!

Does this also happen when people have the same default printer?
One more question: Let's assume Column A is set to 100 pixels in your excel. when you open it from a different PC (one where it looks different), is it still 100 or does this number actually change?
