so I have this

and i need them to look like this

100/02-18-045-03W5/00

is there a way that excel can do this for me easy without having to edit 276 excel lines one by one

Let's say the values are in A2 and down.

Enter the following formula in B2, then fill down:

=LEFT(A2,3)&"/"&MID(A2,4,2)&"-"&MID(A2,6,2)&"-"&MID(A2,8,3)&"-"&MID(A2,11,4)&"/"&RIGHT(A2,2)
