I have an Office 365 home subscription. Windows 10. Lately, whenever I attempt to use the Font drop down for Text or Fill colors, "Excel has stopped working" pops up and the workbook closes. This only occurs in workbooks that have enabled macros.
I have unchecked COM addins, to no avail.
I attempted to solve the issue by: 1. Disabling macros 2. Saving the workbook 3. Closing the workbook 4. Reopening the workbook... only to find ALL my macros (dozens) were GONE. I do have back-ups.
Chat session and remote access with support team got me nowhere.
I'm new here but would greatly appreciate any assistance offered.
