fix misspelled duplicated words in Excel

Peace :):)

How do you fix misspelled words in Excel so fast or creative way? Fastest way.

I mean if I have report of medical service providers names(sick leave provided) , but these names are interred by deferent employees , manually. So the names of one medical service provider duplicated and misspelled , how to fix this in very short time? in few minutes.

Autocorrect, or with the (Spell checker) F7 key on a regular basis

press ctrl+F
a dialog box will appear, select replace tab
now type the mispelled word followed by replace with.
