Hi. first, thank you for your response. second: I meant that if xn is a number in the 1st group, and yn is a number in the 2nd group, then yn=f(xn). And I want to find out what is the formula of the function that can (relate) these two groups. Thanks.

Unless you already know what kind of function it should be, there is no definite answer. There is an infinite number of functions that pass through all the data points.
One option would be a degree 7 polynomial, since you have 8 data points. See the attached sample workbook.
