final cell

trying to move final cell to make worksheet smaller, went into help and did what it said to do to move the final cell, saved and exited then opened back up, but still in same place. when I go to print, it has almost 400 pages when it should fit on about 20 pages. any other tips on moving final cell? tha

How did you do that? Select, Clear All, Save. Or somehow else?

selected rows, then in home tab editing section clear, clear all then did same with rows @Sergei Baklan
