Filtering Data with unique rows but from dropdown values

Hello, I am trying to filter the unique rows with multiple dropdown values. Please see attached screenshot. 

I would like to represent if i select a value from the dropdown from column "B" the data underneeth that "capability" Section need to be filtered but the trick here is each capability can be used multiple times (But column B Capability should have only unique values).
Is there any solution for this type of criteria in Excel VBA. Could you please help me out.
