Filtering Based on Languages (Novice Level)

Hello,

I'm using Excel Business 365 and the data that I have one column where the data values are product descriptions in multiple languages.  I've used the translator function which will translate the language of the cell from the native language to English, but this only does it on cell at a time. Some of the cells in the column are already in English so my idea is that I want to filter the column to only show row that aren't in English then I would convert those. 

Is there a way to do this; would I have to add a specific add-on's?

You can use the exact function to compare both the text Add this formula to the new column, you will get the output True/False.
Filter the False ones those are your non-English rows.
