Filtered columns

I have several columns, lets say a, b, c, d. I need them to be in a filtered column but show up as individual data. 

Filltered Column         Column1   Column 2       Column 3        Column 4

a, b, c, d,                          a               b                      c                     d

Then I want to remove Columns 1 - 4.

I would like to filter column to be able to sort for a, for example, without giving me every combination that contains a. Same with b, etc.

@TCD333 I tried really hard to understand what would you like to achieve, but I couldn't. Could you be more clear about what would you like to achieve?? It may help also attaching the file you are working on.
